School Music Program - Enrolment

PLEASE COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM PER CHILD.

Once submitted and payment made, your child's place is secured in the program.

Evergreen Music will contact you prior to the commencement of the term with final details (specific session days/times/locations).

GROUP CLASSES (Not currently offered at your school):

Weekly small group tuition.

Sessions are 45 minutes, and are open to students in Grades 2 and above .

MIXED ENSEMBLE (BAND): 

Rehearsals (60 minutes) are held weekly and are open to students in Grades 3 and above.
Students MUST be receiving private tuition outside of their rehearsal time at school to compliment their learning.
